Zac's Artistry collects only the details you provide — your name, email address and phone number — together with anonymous usage information such as pages visited and time spent on the site.

Details entered into the consultation form, including partially completed entries, are stored securely so that Zac can follow up on genuine artwork enquiries. They are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@zacsartistry.com.

All artworks listed are original, hand-poured pieces. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations between photographs and the physical artwork can occur in colour and finish depending on lighting.

Commissioned work begins once the brief has been agreed in a consultation and a deposit has been received. Timelines are estimates; curing and resin work cannot be rushed without compromising quality.

Copyright and reproduction rights in all artwork remain with the artist. Purchase grants ownership of the physical piece only.

Ready-made originals may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, for a refund of the purchase price excluding return shipping.

Commissioned pieces are made to your specification and are non-refundable once production has begun, except where the piece arrives damaged or materially differs from the agreed brief.

Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so a replacement or refund can be arranged.

Pieces are packed with corner protection and rigid board, and shipped fully insured. Larger canvases may be sent by specialist courier.

Keep artwork out of prolonged direct sunlight. Dust with a dry, soft cloth only — no solvents or cleaning sprays.
